• The company shall pay such team sales matching Bonus, when the Direct seller with the company’s efforts, has achieved
the above sales criteria (as mentioned in PV) in both side of the sales group. Team sales Group A and team sales Group B.
• In achievement of the above specified and mentioned criteria in PV, the Direct seller with the support of the company and
other Direct sellers also may attain the object.
• The company also helpful in attainment of the mentioned sales criteria with own resources and sales team also.
• If the Direct seller does not meet the above sales criteria with own or company sources, than he would not be liable to
claim such type of commission.

• i. To come in this category, the Direct seller have to achieved specified sales criteria of 12000 BV Direct without team and company efforts since the date of
Registration and generation of first self sales of Direct seller.
• ii. Such Direct shall be qualified as Star Direct seller.
• iii. The company shall pay Sales Performance Bonus in two times in a month i.e 15TH day of the month and 30th/ 31st day of the month.
• iv. The company shall Sales Performance Bonus 3% of the total Business value (BV) turnover within 1 to 15 th days of the month and 16 to 30th/ 31st days of
