• This table is only an Illustration.
• When the Direct seller have achieved sales criteria of 2400BV/ 2PV in respect of the product of the company at the
second step line or under own direct down line, than the Direct seller shall be eligible to receive such team sales matching
Bonus.
• The company shall pay such team sales matching Bonus, when the Direct seller with the company’s efforts, has achieved
the above sales criteria (as mentioned in PV) in both side of the sales group. Team sales Group A and team sales Group B.
• In achievement of the above specified and mentioned criteria in PV, the Direct seller with the support of the company and
other Direct sellers also may attain the object.
• The company also helpful in attainment of the mentioned sales criteria with own resources and sales team also.
• If the Direct seller does not meet the above sales criteria with own or company sources, than he would not be liable to
claim such type of commission.
• The company has made four club as Silver club, Gold Club, Platinum club, Diamond Club to provide the sales commission
and club upgraded as per performance of the sales of the Direct sellers though own efforts team and company efforts.

2. The Direct seller shall get 15.83% of the total Business Volume of the sales made by the Direct seller in his/her down line by own and direct sales at first level.
3. The Direct seller shall also get following percentage of the total Business Volume of the sales made by the Direct seller in his/her down line by own and direct sales from second to 5th level .

• • Company has divided the three category of the reorganisation as follows and according to the reorganisation /status , the Direct seller may earn sales
performance Bonus as follows-

• i. To come in this category, the Direct seller have to achieved specified sales criteria of 12000 BV Direct without team and company efforts since the date of
Registration and generation of first self sales of Direct seller.
• ii. Such Direct shall be qualified as Star Direct seller.
• iii. The company shall pay Sales Performance Bonus in two times in a month i.e 15TH day of the month and 30th/ 31st day of the month.
• iv. The company shall Sales Performance Bonus 3% of the total Business value (BV) turnover within 1 to 15 th days of the month and 16 to 30th/ 31st days of
the month among the total achievers of the Direct sellers as star status in particular period as within 1 to 15th days of the month and 16 to 30th/ 31st
days of the month.
• Ruby
• i. To come in this category, the Direct seller have to achieved specified sales criteria of 12000 BV/10 PV Direct at own Direct down line without team and
company efforts since the date of Registration and generation of first self sales of Direct seller.
• ii. Such Direct shall be qualified as Star Direct seller.
• iii. The company shall pay Sales Performance Bonus in two times in a month i.e 15TH day of the month and 30th/ 31st day of the month.
• iv. The company shall Sales Performance Bonus 3% of the total Business value (BV) turnover within 1 to 15th days of the month and 16 to 30th/ 31st days of
