Role:
 Managing the issuance of sites arrangements, sites BOQ, budget, preliminary schedules and determination of
project requirements for IBS sites
 Review and approve the final design, Drawings, link budget, BOQ and technical specifications performed by
design department and discuss it with Indoor contactors
 Follow and monitor all the field activities of indoor contractors (Site Acquisition, Materials preparing and
Installation) and discuss the updates in regular meetings with them.
 Manage project time & prioritize activities, monitor day to day implementation team's activities and reports to
guarantee projects progress in accordance with the project schedule & KPI.
 Review & process RF Technical Site Surveys (TSS) for the In-Building design.
 Review & approval of RF Technical Design Proposal (TDP) by Indoor contractors for In-Building Solutions to
meet the Mobily KPI’s Coverage Design plan.
 Checking the calculation of Link Budget (EIRP) and reviewing of the schematic diagram for IBC solutions
submitted by Indoor contactors if IBS projects
 Once RF equipment is installed, perform RF data collection to ensure that the quality of service meets RF design
specifications such as Rx Level, Rx Qual, Handover, parameter verification.
 Verify macro, micro and In-building coverage plans to meet quality specifications.
 Extend the technical support needed to the IBS contractors for all installations (Feeders, Antennas, Splitters,
Triplexes, Combiners, Base station, indoor transmission unites, MW and Radio unit).
 Control and archiving the project documents (daily reports, as Built documents, Acceptance and Invoices Doc.,
Auto CAD drawings and VSWR results).
 Supervise and coordinate with indoor contractor’s engineers progress for electromechanical drawings and
installations (cable trays, HVAC, AC, MDB, Fire systems, External alarms and power cables connectivity)
 Lead the implementation process in urgent cases if required.
 Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor the sites progress
 Following Implementation Designing & handover to Optimization for IBS & Large venues Networks based on
UMTS, GSM, CDMA, LTE, and Public Safety
 Worked on different solutions like Active, Passive, Hybrid, Direct node B & repeater solutions for single &
