Working as a RAN Engineer in ZTE, My responsibilities includes,
 Swap Ericsson (6000 family to ZTE8910 SDR cabinet).
 Configure SDR with MO files and Integrate site by verifying media through ping test
by cola soft.

ERICSSON TRANSMISSION
 Supervising and doing installations of Ericsson Minilinks E Classic Nodes, Traffic
Nodes and High Capacity Links.
 Acceptance of TN, HC, Classic Link E according to Ericsson standards.
 Commissioning of Minilink E, Traffic Nodes (2p, 6p, 20p) and HCs.
 Representing during Procedure Acceptance Test of Ericsson Minilinks as per
Ericsson Protocol and performing BER Tests electrical and optical to get links
accepted.
 Performing Traffic Routings on Minilink E and Traffic Nodes and doing necessary
hard patching, if required, according to transmission plan.
 Trouble shooting Radios and Modems in case of any operational problem or
degraded RSL.

• Monitoring the stats of the problematic BTS radios and troubleshooting the issues.
• Identification of BSS hardware problems in field by monitoring all the alarms
• To clear all kinds of EAS and IAS alarms of Ericsson BTS daily basis.
• Perform health check of BSS Equipment and make monthly Equipment performance report.
• Performing offline commissioning of Ericsson OMT.
