• BoQ Planning and Ordering as per requirement of customer.
• Technical verification of the links planned by customer by coordinating for LOS Survey and link feasibility as per actual.
• Optimization of Current Network and Proposal of new rerouting of the links to minimize the path length if required.
• Optimization of MW Hops to minimize the Dish Size as well as dependency of Critical Sites/Links.
• Tracking of Site Survey, LOS Survey, Tower load study, Material Movement and other quality work.
• Project Management for MW Rollout for 2G/3G System of Huawei for VTL & MTS N/W.
• Tracking of Material and others accessories according to Rollout necessities from scratch till material reaches WH.
• Subcontractor and Warehouse management for smooth delivery & I&C of material for smooth N/W launch.
