2. 1. Professional Experience
 Project planning (long term project, huge scope, and many dependants for each case)
 Reviewing project plan on weekly basis, coordination with national team to synchronies
(through the proper channel) with senior management commitments.
 Synchronizing project obstacles / dependants with the regional customer representative
to justify team output.
 RF Survey (This survey decides the place for new cell site, height, tilt & Orientation of
GSM antenna).
 Accordingly deciding the Orientation of GSM Antenna, supporting sub contractors for
preparing Survey Report, Designing and floor plan according to the requirement.
 Coordination with sub contractors & Operator Companies.
 Ensure site reports (TSSR) are accurate, complete and timely submitted.
 Site Survey reports of complete ZAIN facilities are brought by the Survey engineers and
the Network Design is done based on the information provided by the technical site
survey reports (TSSR).
 Obtain the TSSR from subcontractors, complete analyses the TSSR for before submit the
customer.
 Make sure design resources have accurate, leveled schedules.
 Review the planned design as well as Design Changes activities.
 Ability to create new site design for provided scope by client and As-Built as well as
editing and updating as per the requirements.
 Helping customer/team for new proposal planning and designing as per the survey
result.
 Coordinating with direct to the client for design approval.
 Gather and distribute pertinent project information to team players.
 Control and support timely updating various data such as implementation of distribution
civil & Fiber as well as Feeder Fiber and Feeder Civil

 Coordinating with Departments such as (Architectural, Structural, Plumbing, and Hvac) in
electrical Designs & Installations.
 Reading all Electrical, Fire Alarm System and Emergency System drawings and
coordinating between these services in accordance with the structural and architectural
layout of the project
 Monitor and inspect the electrical works in the project site like installation of lighting &
small power, low current, grounding, & lightning protection.
 Involves in planning, layout and basic design of the project. This will include prioritizing
work and ordering of materials.

 Supervises the progress of the project and preparing daily and weekly progress report.

 Installation and Configuring of Ericsson 2G, 4G Cabinets RBS 6201, 6102, 6101, RUG
2202, 2206 DUG 20 01, DUL 20 01.Conduct site survey and prepare Technical Site Survey
Report.
 Installation, commissioning, integration, testing and troubleshooting of Ericsson BTS
6000 series for Globe Alterra Ph. 1A and 1B project (swap-out & new site).
 Migration and cut-over of Ericsson BTS 6201 for swap-out and new site.
 Perform VSWR and DTF on feeders and antenna system using Anritsu, Bird site master
before and after the swap-out.
 Troubleshooting alarms issues of site using OMT software.
 Creating and configuring of IDB in DUG and, Assigning of alarms on site.
 Simulation test of external alarm for shelter.
 Administrate and analyze network faults.
 Provide technical assistance and coordination with field engineer for troubleshooting
 Generate trouble ticket and reports.
 Updates, regularly, all concern departments for trouble restoration.

Major Responsibilities:
 I have more than one years of industrial experience in the telecom field. I have
hands on experience in supervising of installation and commissioning of Ericsson
and Nokia (BTS and Microwave) Maintenance of GSM cell sites (including BTS
faults, Microwave faults).
 Having good command over Radio network planning and Transmission network
planning for 2G and 3G Mobile technologies.

experience administering contacts for major projects in the engineering field.
 Expertise includes managing pre-award contract management with an emphasis

inserting them in Map Grid, getting the distance & Angle, Accordingly deciding
the Orientation of GSM Antenna, Preparing RND Survey Report, Have done RF
Survey for both Capacity Offload and Coverage Sites.
 Log files analysis and troubleshooting for coverage and quality issues.
 EDGE/GPRS performance testing, optimization and feature implementation.
 Conducting DT of newly integrated MACRO/MICRO sites for design verification,
hardware issues, sector and or band swapping.
 After performing DT of newly integrated site, the report is sent along with
recommendations using MapInfo and TEMS Route Analysis to Cell Planning to
ensure good coverage, quality, healthy frequency & neighbor plan & healthy
hardware.
 Customer complaints Resolution.
 To find cause of handover failures, blocked calls, dropped calls & abnormal
network behaviors.
