have good knowledge on Way side equipment installation for Railway Signalling and telecom, Platform
Screen Gate, network architecture, RF theories & principles and carrying out project rollout including
acceptance of sites.

Sr. Engineer- Projects for Platform Screen Gate installation team of Delhi Metro Line 7 & 8.
My Responsibilities are-
1- Interfacing with internal and external entities (rolling stock, signaling and
Telecommunication, other contractors (civil, trackwork, etc), the client and other DMRC
authorities)
2- Ensure that "Best Practice" is adopted and that quality of workmanship is maintained at
all times to the highest possible standards.
3- To manage and supervise the Installation Subcontractors works inclusive of Installation
Testing prior to handover of the Signalling & Platform Screen Door Systems to Testing &
Commissioning Team.
4- To collate all necessary records to ensure full compliance with company and client
processes and procedures.
5- Ensure task sheets are completed in timely and accurate fashion.
6- Responsible for managing the personal safety and administration of allocated staff and
contractors and ensure that work is carried in accordance with the DMRC Workplace
Safety & Health Act.
7- Liaise with the Construction, Installation, Coordination and PSG Site Manager on all site
related activities.
8- To provide weekly and ad-hoc installation progress reports to the PSG Site Manager,
Coordination and Installation Manager.

10- To ensure that the As-Built drawings are updated in accordance with the updates made to
the Installation Drawings.

Parameters changes done to provide better 2G services to users.
Physical optimization of 2G sites based on worst cells/offender cells KPI.
Physical optimization of 2G sites to meet KPI threshold.
Changes of Parameter & Timers to maintain minimize drop in Network.
Analysis the TCH Assignment, Handover Failure, TCH Drop, SD Drop KPI’s & find out the poor
performing Cells & improve the cells.
