Plyometrics, also known as “jump training” or “plyos” is a system of
exercise in which the muscles are repeatedly stretched and suddenly
contracted through a series of powerful and fast movements.

C. Yoga
Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual
practices or disciplines which originated in Ancient India. It was
developed between the fifth and sixth centuries and only gained
prominence in the West in the 20th century. In India, yoga is
more than a physical exercise.

D. Tai Chi
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese form of exercise originally
created as a fighting art but transformed today as non-
competitive martial art.
Tai Chi is different from yoga and has a different type of
meditative movement used. It is meditation in motion which
promote serenity through gentle, flowing movements.

E. Shibashi
Shibashi is a modern Quigong (an ancient Chinese health care
system that integrates physical postures, breathing technique
and focused intension) based on element style in Tai Chi
created in 1982.
Shibashi consists of 18 individual Quigong exercises
that are designed to balance the qi (energy flow) throughout the
body.
