Currently employed by Ashton Security Systems Ltd, as Office Manager. Ambitious and dedicated
with the desire to climb the employment ladder. Computer literate including the use of Microsoft
Office and “SAGE” Accounts. Whilst having the ability to work individually, I enjoy being a team

Currently employed as Office Manager for a medium sized, locally based family-run security company,
progressing from starting role as basic Administrator.
Responsibilities
• Organising the Installation and Service Engineer daily schedules.
• Maintaining day-to-day operations of company operations in real time.
• First point of contact for customer from inward telephone calls and emails.
• Developing and continuing excellent customer after sales and supplier relations.
• Dealing with customer correspondence which includes Customer Maintenance Contracts,
Supplier Orders, Inward Deliveries, Stock Levels and Accounts.
• Accounts duties include Credit Control, Purchase Ledger, Account Reconciliation, Cash
Reconciliation and Raising Invoices using “Sage Line 50” programme.
• Ordering equipment, managing budgets and stock levels to ensure equipment levels remain
controlled and accurate.
• Responsibility for training new employees in all Office Procedures, supervision of new
employees in training and office working.
• Directly responsible for the Maintenance Administrator and five Installation Engineers.

• Promotion from Office Junior to Office Administrator – March 2002.
• Promotion from Office Administrator to Administration & Operations Manager – August
2004.
• Promotion from Administration & Operations Manager to Office Manager – July 2005.
• Fourteen years unbroken service.
• Setup and creation of bespoke customer contact database using Sage ACT programme
including mail merge and diary booking utilities.
