Over the last 3 years I have worked my way up to my current position of Senior Project Manager. During this time I have helped the
company grow and develop from 3 employees to 12 employees and will shortly be moving to bigger premises due to work demands. I adopt
a hands on approach to inspire and motivate the team in order to achieve high standards of quality while maintaining predetermined
completion deadlines are not elapsed.
I am currently over seeing various projects from meetings with organisers/clients through to opening which involves bringing projects with-
in budget, overseeing manufacture, putting together designs from the brief from the client. Also managing the shell scheme modal electrics
and carpets, working with various Foreman to get the show opening on time as well build bespoke stands and feature areas from idea to
completion. My job role now is to oversee 2x projects managers as well as all workshop staff and a number of sub-contractors. All projects
will come through me before they can be signed off for dispatch.

Worked for a multiple of shop-fitting and exhibition companies, running stands and full shop fits both in the UK and Europe as well as
carrying out my own private projects.

Main duties again include fabrication of bespoke exhibition stands from set drawings, where I worked on
projects for blue chip companies such as coca cola and whirlpool. Also I fitted out a show room for Blanco, where I maintained a high level of
craftsmanship and health and safety on all projects.
Employer: Intershop Nov 2007- May 2009 (Sub-contract)
Position: Carpenter/Joiner/Supervisor | Various projects up to £100,000
Main duties include fabrication of bespoke exhibition stands/desks from design team drawings. Install new units to client’s requirements and
maintain a high level of health and safety at all times.

3. I liaise with client and other utilities companies to ensure that installation requirements can be met. I hold
regular site based meetings with design team and site managers to ensure no problems occur. I carry out all work to a predetermined time
schedule and meet all deadlines. I liaise closely with the client and the design team to ensure installation is progressing as forecast and quality
is being maintained.

Position: Carpenter | Various projects up to £300,000
I fitted-out/installed new furniture to new build boats built on site. This was a large scale production site in which I was left to complete the
jobs under my own initiative. I maintained a high level of health and safety at all times and ensured that all work was completed within the
specified timescales. I left this job because I was headhunted by Intershop.
Employer: Self employed – Various contracts April 2004-May2007
Position: Carpenter/Joiner/supervisor
I undertook a wide variety of both short and long term carpentry projects varying in value. These included shop fitting of the 02 mobile
phone shops and the Halifax building society branches. I also worked on the Nuffield Hospital in Oxfordshire. During this time I supervised
a team of shop fitters to ensure that all carpentry works were carried out to the desired standard and timescales.

All aspects of building house carpentry were undertaken in this employment. Roof building, 1st fixing, 2nd fixing, final fixing and kitchen
install. This was an apprentice position where I attended college once a week.

Position: Apprentice joiner
I assisted and learnt how to manufacture many varieties of bespoke joinery including staircases, windows and doors etc. This was an
apprentice position where I attended college once a week.
I N T E R E S T S
I enjoying all sports and currently play football (time permitting), running and swimming. I enjoy going out with friends socialising and
having meals. I like going to the cinema and I like to read military books.
