I am a motivated and enthusiastic person with great interpersonal skills and consider myself to be a confident and
approachable individual. My reliability, punctuality and flexibility has been demonstrated through a variety of
duties and responsibilities I have undertaken in previous roles. As well as the ability to be adaptable in all

Job Title: Construction Manager / Project Manager
Duties:
Attend all project relates meetings such as pre contract and pre start
Write all method statements and risk assessments, which I then distribute to clients for approval
Issue and monitor scope of works to sub-contractors
Set up site office – PPE stores, site folders, first aid station
Arrange for drawings to be drawn by CAD Draughtsman and issued to client for approval
Ordering all fire dampers and VCDs as per fire damper schedules
Issuing drawings to be manufactured and arrange delivery to site
To ensure that the programme is followed so that the project finishes on time
All paper work needed for the project including progress reports and reports to the client
Completing all health and safety paperwork including toolbox talks, making sure all labour works safe
