a painter for 25 years, and have CSCS card, insurance number, CIS number.

SPECIAL SKILLS
I have good communication and interpersonal skills to deal with tenants, workers,
employers etc. I am capable of working independently and meet deadlines. I
have a good physical health and a sound knowledge of Health and Safety.
I can stick wallpapers: lining paper, vinyl wallpaper and normal wallpaper. I can
do Rendering and Raising all cracks. I can do dry lining and Window of Care. I
can paint Residential and Commercial properties.
