Employment History:
Jade of Wollaston Site Manager May 2013 – Present
Working for a window PVC Company, I was responsible for overseeing the completion of works
including; new installs of windows and doors and all semi-permanent structures. As the Site
Manager I have to control of the day to day running of all contracts. I maintain regular contact
with customers throughout every stage including after sales, ensuring the work is completed to the
highest standard and has met or exceeded the customer’s expectations.
Twinfix Site Supervisor July 2009 – May 2013
Working on building and installing semi-permanent structures within schools and building sites.
All contracts were done on a huge scale and at any time I was responsible for works with values
over £1.2million. As site supervisor over-seeing 14 members of staff, some on the same site but
many required remote management. I was responsible for controlling the daily running of various
contracts across the country. I ensured that the teams were working within the timescales required
of the contract, having regular communication with the site agents to ensure smooth system of
work and helping to maintain good team spirit.
Surefold Ltd Service Engineer January 2002 – July 2009
Although it was a small company the work was very various. I worked on both commercial and
domestic properties and completed; installation of shutters, fitting steel doors within banks, fitting
or repairing windows/ locks within local schools and general domestic jobs that could be either
electronic or manual.
Starting as service engineer I was soon promoted to supervisor which meant I was responsible for
visiting various places and carrying out all types of work as required. Within this role I was also on
2. call for emergencies anytime day or night. When the owner re-located to Spain I had to take
control of all the management of the business. I managed the rest of the team including dealing
with time keeping, absenteeism and reported back to the owner via Skype.
Astra Seal Technician 1996- December 2001
This was my first position working within the PVCU industry and gave me the basic knowledge of
how the industry worked. Working as a PVCU installation technician, I was one of approx 60 staff
so had to work exceptionally well within the team. I carried out various types of installations on
numerous PVCU products.

Hobbies and Interests:
Within my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family especially my 3 children which keeps
