• Spend a short spam of time with LB airlines when it was first launched in 1997.
• Joined Aramex in its nascent stages in around 1997 and played a key role in taking Aramex

Some challenged faced by the company are:
• Infrastructure, a biggest challenge in India. Like sending a package from Point A to Point B
whether nationally or Internationally in most economical way to the client.
• Tax in terms of transportation, As an organization the industry is still in Nathan stage, and
governments has been coming up with interpretations of their own laws whether its Income-
tax, service tax ratrorespectively .
• Uncertainty in tax areas, which leads to extra challenge in managing the operations to ensure
the shipments are not held for paperwork.
Model/ Idea of Aramex for Indian Market:
• Started with a clear understanding saying Aramex goes where business requirements
requires it to go but in a model in which we need not to be in every where. We are there in the
core markets and is every surrounding markets is partnered with local franchisees or local
delivery agents.

• The challenge they had faced during their tenure is infrastructure issues like one runaway at
Mumbai Sahara Airport which sometimes leads to delay of goods that affect the customers and
price.
• Another challenge they had faced is to start an logistics company in India where the regulatory
formalities are too intense because of these formalities, it will extend from 3 months to 6 months
or to a year.
• Challenges faced from government is that government interprets laws every now and then which
ultimately results in change of service tax, income tax according to which logistics companies
have to rework on their prices.
• Despite being so huge in terms of revenue to the center and state there is no ministry assigned to
logistics sector like telecom ministry, pharma, education, etc
• Every state has its own paperwork which changes every now cause of which have to update the
team so that they collect the proper papers so that the sender should not suffer the issue of late
delivery or shipment hold for wrong or no paperwork.

Role of Distribution centre of supply chain:
The mail role of distribution center is to maintain proper supply chain. Its primary
emphasis is not on the storage but the flow of the goods. They ensure slow

this were Google’s secure device comes into play. This feature helps you lock
your phone in case you don’t have a password pin to protect it and sign out
your Google account so that your data is not misused.
• Google find my device app: One can download Google’s find my device app,
this app is quite similar to Gmail's recovery process. Here the person has to
simply sign in with the Gmail account or simply use the guest option and
make sure to give the app access to your phone’s location when it asks in
order to begin the process.

Google account. Every one of us nowadays uses at least one service and we end
up creating some data that gets saved on Google's servers. This data can be
related to Your android device, search history, videos, bookmarks, calendar,
files, etc. In Google has allowed you to review your settings for Google products
and also gives you the option to download all the data related to your Google
account.
One can also set the archive partition before submitting the archive request, size
from 2GB to 50GB. Archive of file size above 25BG is created in zip64 format,
which is not supported by old generation computers. However there are third
party software that manage to extract data, even in old generation computers.

Steps to download the data:
1. Connect your notebook or desktop to internet
2. Go to any modern browser, preferably Google Chrome
3. Go to https://myaccount.google.com/ and sign in using your Google account
4. Look for ‘Data & Personalization’ in left side menu and click on it
5. Inside the ‘Data & Personalization’ settings, scroll down and look for download, delete, or
make a plan for your data option.
6. Of the three available options under ‘Download, delete, or make a plan for your data; click
on download your data.
7. Choose the Google products to include in your archive and configure the settings for each
product. These settings may include options to save file as photos or pdf’s etc
8. Once the relevant products are selected, click on the next button available on the button
right side to move to create archive
9. Review your selection and click submit button

Model/ Idea of Aramex for Indian Market: • Started with a clear understanding saying Aramex goes where business requirements requires it to go but in a model in which we need not to be in every where. We are there in the core markets and is every surrounding markets is partnered with local franchisees or local delivery agents.
