2. Responsible for all activities of R&D/QC including Input control, Process Control, Trouble
shooting and Customer complaint redressal.
3. Managing day to day activities of deptt. i.e. Manpower handling, Defected quality decision,
assisting process deptt. during trouble shooting, co-ordination with marketing and Technical
services cell for customer feedback and product development as well as improving the product.

inspection of all incoming non fibrous raw materials.

Worked as a “Chemist (Q.M)”
· Worked in central lab. Job includes testing of all type of incoming raw materials (Fibrous &
Non Fibrous). Preparation of standard solution & reagents.
· Worked in R & D Section. Looking after lab. trials and plant trial to improve quality of
products. Developments of new shades of colored papers received from marketing deptt.

· Worked in Quality control section. Job includes testing of Pulp & Paper samples at different
stages, to seggerigate defective paper, to assist production personals in defect prevention and
attended customer’s complaint under supervision of seniors.

· Worked as a Jr. Chemist in Central Laboratory.
During the training period exposed in the areas related to Laboratory work - Pulp Mill, Raw
materials, Recovery Section, Stock preparation. Later on worked in shifts in Process control lab and
Quality control lab & gained knowledge in handling testing equipment
I was actively involved from R&D side during erection and commissioning of “ENMASS”
recovery boiler in the year of 1995-96.
