- During this period I was responsible for :
-
1-Check and execute all standards tests of raw materials, products,
bottles incoming to the company by suppliers and insuring from their
quality and this is according to the technical specifications required,
prepare all necessary reports.
2-Take the sample at every stage of stages of production processes
and checking them to ensuring from their quality and this according to
the technical specifications and approved to start in the next stage and
keep these samples.
3-Monitor of the final products before start fill in and make sure it
matches with the technical specifications and prepare the reports
related it.
4-Monitor attached information in product cover paper to make sure
the validity of the written information as (date of production, expiry
date, quantity, weight, and the technical specifications for every
product and recording in the related reports.
5-Record all results of monitoring and standard tests related to raw
materials, products, and bottles on NAVISION system.
6-Help the direct manager to make ensure from the validity of
customers complains by check of the complain and the sample and
prepare reports with the results.
7-Follow the directions and procedures existing in the procedures and
instructions manual related to 5S standards, security, ISO,
occupational heath, and safety.
8-Do other tasks related to work requirements and upon request of
the direct manager after the adoption of head of department.
