A. As A Quality Manager:
* Responsible for quality assurance and implementing quality management system through Implementation,
monitoring and maintain documents & records for ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 14001 (EMS) & OHSAS 18001 & ISO/IEC
17025 within the organization.
* Adhere to appropriate quality measures, which meet or exceed the standards set by MOEF, NABL, QCI/ NABET, EIA
& PCBs, government regulatory and company requirements.
* To ensure the clients are compliant with the requirements of the ISO & NABL standards by programming and
performing the required internal audits and by couriering the external registration body on their surveillance
audits.
* Keeping the technical /literature updated with latest edition of the specification/protocol and related technical
literatures. Ensures that all the quality documents are properly maintained, timely reviewed and updated.
Conducts regularly the quality internal audits and reviews the audit reports in the management review committee
meetings.
* Preparation, Implementation of QMS for NABL accreditation, MOEF, CPCB, QCI & ISO certification, acting as a lead
answering procedural or analytical question, method demonstration and providing corrective actions
recommendations during Internal & External Audit.
* Preparation and updating issue of the Quality Manual, Laboratory Manual, SOP, Work Instructions and other
quality documents and record.
* Responsible for updating the knowledge and the professional skills of all the technical personnel by imparting
appropriate trainings as per requirement. Establish training objectives and ensure adequate levels of training for
all staff. Maintain training documents and training records.
* Communicate with client and Govt. bodies regarding technical matter related to test procedure, methodology,
analysis interpretation and report submission.
B. As An Authorized Microbiologist (NABL) / Government Analyst (MoEF&CC):
* Supervise daily operations of the microbiology department including scheduling, instructing and monitoring in the
performance of manual and instrumental analyses.
* Microbiological and Chemical analysis of samples such as ambient air & stack emission, noise monitoring
& measurement, food products, drinking water, waste water, soil, sludge and deposits and industrial specialty
products etc. at raw and finished stage as per the national & international standards.
* Isolation, identification and enumeration of pathogenic and nonpathogenic microorganisms such as Bacteria,
Fungi and Phytoplankton associated with human system as requested.
* To coordinate with environment monitoring team for taking daily updates and to maintain the daily status of the
team for environmental impact assessment compliances.
* Assist in publishing and presentation of research work, technical reports and other scholarly work in scientific
journals/ technical manuscripts/ conferences etc.
* Carefully review raw data & analysis report generated by microbiologist/ chemist. After final review duly signed
and sends to Report Issuing Person for preparation of test report.
* To ensure for updating of calibration curve/ calibration status of equipment/ measurement of uncertainty and
analytical work performed by the microbiologist/ chemist.
C. As A Laboratory Coordinator:
* Lead in implementation & validation of research work, projects and technology development and improvement in
respect of performance, economy and environmental acceptability and Support the building of processes and
relationships with key suppliers/ client at the relevant meetings and projects.
* Planning of projects for future expansion and capability development of laboratory. Promote the company image
through the existing sound and ethical business practices as related to the public and our customers.
* Ensure that the laboratory has the appropriate resources and facilities to perform requested work and sufficient
numbers of qualified personnel are employed to supervise and perform the work of the laboratory. Prepare
promotional literature for generation of resources for laboratory.
* Formulate policy goals, objectives and standard technical operating procedure for the entire laboratory.

* Timely and effective Communication with its client to clarify the client’s request and needs, provide information
regarding progress in analysis work, deviation of analysis data from standard requirements, or any delay in
testing schedule or issuing of test report due to unforeseen reasons.
* Final review of contract, enquiry or project details carefully to inspects the client’s requirements including the
parameters to be analyzed, analytical method specified, sample matrix, detection limits, QC requirements,
number of samples, sampling schedules and turnaround time.

Ensures that all the quality documents are properly maintained, timely reviewed and updated. Conducts regularly the quality internal audits and reviews the audit reports in the management review committee meetings. * Preparation, Implementation of QMS for NABL accreditation, MOEF, CPCB, QCI & ISO certification, acting as a lead answering procedural or analytical question, method demonstration and providing corrective actions recommendations during Internal & External Audit. * Preparation and updating issue of the Quality Manual, Laboratory Manual, SOP, Work Instructions and other quality documents and record. * Responsible for updating the knowledge and the professional skills of all the technical personnel by imparting appropriate trainings as per requirement. Establish training objectives and ensure adequate levels of training for all staff. Maintain training documents and training records. * Communicate with client and Govt. bodies regarding technical matter related to test procedure, methodology, analysis interpretation and report submission. B. As An Authorized Microbiologist (NABL) / Government Analyst (MoEF&CC): * Supervise daily operations of the microbiology department including scheduling, instructing and monitoring in the performance of manual and instrumental analyses. * Microbiological and Chemical analysis of samples such as ambient air & stack emission, noise monitoring & measurement, food products, drinking water, waste water, soil, sludge and deposits and industrial specialty products etc. at raw and finished stage as per the national & international standards. * Isolation, identification and enumeration of pathogenic and nonpathogenic microorganisms such as Bacteria, Fungi and Phytoplankton associated with human system as requested. * To coordinate with environment monitoring team for taking daily updates and to maintain the daily status of the team for environmental impact assessment compliances. * Assist in publishing and presentation of research work, technical reports and other scholarly work in scientific journals/ technical manuscripts/ conferences etc. * Carefully review raw data & analysis report generated by microbiologist/ chemist. After final review duly signed and sends to Report Issuing Person for preparation of test report. * To ensure for updating of calibration curve/ calibration status of equipment/ measurement of uncertainty and analytical work performed by the microbiologist/ chemist. C. As A Laboratory Coordinator: * Lead in implementation & validation of research work, projects and technology development and improvement in respect of performance, economy and environmental acceptability and Support the building of processes and relationships with key suppliers/ client at the relevant meetings and projects. * Planning of projects for future expansion and capability development of laboratory. Promote the company image through the existing sound and ethical business practices as related to the public and our customers. * Ensure that the laboratory has the appropriate resources and facilities to perform requested work and sufficient numbers of qualified personnel are employed to supervise and perform the work of the laboratory. Prepare promotional literature for generation of resources for laboratory. * Formulate policy goals, objectives and standard technical operating procedure for the entire laboratory. 3
  • 4. * Timely and effective Communication with its client to clarify the client’s request and needs, provide information regarding progress in analysis work, deviation of analysis data from standard requirements, or any delay in testing schedule or issuing of test report due to unforeseen reasons. * Final review of contract, enquiry or project details carefully to inspects the client’s requirements including the parameters to be analyzed, analytical method specified, sample matrix, detection limits, QC requirements, number of samples, sampling schedules and turnaround time.
