 Created Certified Supplierprogram. Reduced number of incoming inspectors from 2.5 to 1.

 Rescued Bronson’s QS9000 Registration status from suspension on arrival (Mar. 00) to re-
certification (Sep.00) Stabilized QMS and established Continuous Improvement track which has

 Reduced expendituresin Mexican sort companies from $44k (FY00) to $26k (00) to $4k per year
(current).
 Eliminated Bronson’s status as a “Roadmap” supplier with Visteon within first 60 days of
employment.
 Restored Bronson’s preferred supplier status with PACCAR by reducing ppm from 14000(Mar 00)
to zero for 16 consecutive months.
 Bronson was awarded the JCI preferred Supplier Bronze Award after approving Bronson’s QMS.
 Introduced process to re-coop monies from sub-suppliers for quality issues which averages $10k
per month to Bronson’s bottomline.

Responsible for the day-to-day management of the business as a member of the executive management
team. Responsible for initiating and implementing continuous improvements to the efficiency of systems to
drive achievement of EBITDA goals. Responsible for management of the QA Department, Finishing,
Sales, Purchasing, Material Control, and other smaller departments totaling some 50 employees. Serve as
the Management Representative for the entire QS9000/ ISO9001 Quality Management System. Also

Accomplishments
 Qualified new process equipment to seize toothbrush market that added 10% to commercial sales
during 1999.
 Designed from scratch Electrocal's Quality Management System and brought the company to
QS9000/ ISO9001 registration in seven months at a 10% savings from original budget.
 Reduced Returned Goods from 5% of Gross Sales in 1996 to 2% resulting in savings $540,000 per
year. Reduced position to ½ man-year while adding significant value to the activities performed.
INTERSTATE NUCLEAR SERVICES- Indian Orchard, MA

Responsible for ensuring that all 13 decontamination facilities were in compliance with their NRC licenses.
Worked closely with plant managers to ensure such compliance. Submitted formal documentation to state,
federal, and NRC authorities demonstrating compliance with EPA and OSHA requirements. Initiated
technical changes in the process flow to save money.
