Joined as Manufacturing Excellence Regional Officer Role, 3.5 years, driving manufacturing
excellence program and Projects in South India, Had a Good Exposure of working and Collaborating
with cross Functional Team of different work level, driving Focussed improvement projects

for a long period and Ranked 1 one time in among 6 units in south west Cluster Out of 66
months Plant Performance ratings unit sustained 42 months on top to rankings in south west cluster,
Unit Ranked 1 in Manufacturing Excellence activities PAN India based on the assessment done by
the Consultants, Unit Qualified for AIB Inspection 2 times successfully, CII Safety Excellence 3 star
rating, ISO 22000, ISO 45001 :2018. Site Contrubutes average 25 Mn Savings every year in CEP

Toilet Soap plant Manufacturing (Lux/Liril/Hamam/Lifebuoy/Breeze/Rexona/Fair &Lovely soaps
January 2011 to December 2011.

2. Moved to TPM Executive role, driving TPM activities in 2 Manufactuting sites (Detergents and
Personal care plant) 700 employees
January 2012 to February 2013
Moved to Production role ,responsible for Production planning,Manufacturing Efficiency,driving Cost
saving projects, and over all responsible for the plant performance meeting the annual targets. Deep
dive TPM activities in the plant aiming step change in the visible improvement of the plant.
Key Achievements
1. Instrumental in establishing successful Vim production in Pondicherry Unit.
2.Deep drive of cultural change in TPM approach during the year 2001 to 2004 and one of the Key
person in the team for the site to achieve TPM Level 1 Award. Preparing the unit for pre audit and
final audit done by Suzuki san and Nakano san.
3. Well known person of driving the tough teams to achieve the production Volumes
achieving daily/weekly/Monthly Targets and hitting new records on productivity setting high
standards. Creating Competitive atmosphere. Making People to own their achievements

Godrej Consumer Products Limited - September 1997 to September 2000
3 years worked with Godrej, as Production Supervisor of EMD (Electronic Mosquito Destroyer)
Machines Assembly Unit, Responsibilities are achieving Production as per the Daily Plan , Leading the
Shop floor Team ,simplifying the assembly operations to improve the output. Engaging the Team in
SGA activities and motivating them to actively generate Kaizens and make small improvements on
Productivity and Quality.
I was moved to Liquidators bottling Unit. Improved the Productivity in the Bottling plant (45ml
/60ml) from 15000 units /Day to 1.5 Lacs Units/day. One of the Key Team Player in making
Indigenous Carbon Wicks and successfully implementing the same, and reducing the Manufacturing
cost of the Bottle.Revamping of Aerosols 500ml /1000ml bottling plant.Responsible for Operation
and Maintenance of the Plant Monitoring and controlling the Process , Maintaining PM records
,Process capability of Bottling machines, ISO 9001 records, GMP. Spear heading ISO 9001 systems
implementation and TQM systems in the plant. Presenting Circle activities in Management Steering
Committee meeting. Active member of Quality Circle Federation of India during that Time and used
to attend many Quality Circle Competition conducted at regional level by QCFI
Key Achievements
1. Key member in Developing the Indigneous Wicks for the Liquid Vaporizer working with R&D
Team closely and successfully developed the wicks and developed a Local Manufacturing Vendor
saving 4 Rs /Wick, Thereby the import of wicks cost came from 6 Rs to 2 Rs.
Leo Fasteners Pvt Limited - April1996 to August 1997
Served as Tool Room In charge, Responsible for delivering the Punches,dies,and Fingers for Large
Nut forging Plant internally.Driving a team of Technicians working in Special Machines like, Milling,
Drilling,Electric Discharge Machining. Worked in Designs Department making drawings for Tools
/Punches/dies.

3. New Horizon Sugar Mills Limited - October 1994 to April 1996
Hands on experience of Operation and Maintenace of Steam Turbines,Transmission systems, Auto
Lub systems for Mill Bearings, Mill Roller settings,Cane Carrier and its Drives.
Handled Erection and Commissioning of Cane Fibrizer to increase the Mill Capacity from 1500 TPD to
2500TPD.
Worked almost all the areas in the plant with the Maintenance Team. Hands on Experience,
Overhauling and Maintenance of Various types of pumps, Valves, Sugar Screening Centrifuge
Machines,Hoppers,Elevators, Vacuum Filters,Screw Conveyors.
