Rollout of tigo’s Ericsson based Core network modernization project to deliver advanced 3G
capable core and data network nodes
Implementation of IBM’s Business Intelligence platform with Virtualized platform based
service management capability
As Telco Team Lead [Project Manager] at Millicom Ghana Ltd:
Integration of postpaid and prepaid subs on Huawei CBS platform resulting in significant
reduction in total cost of ownership and Overall subscriber growth.
Rollout of EDGE SMS Firewall to create transparency and efficient management of SMS
content delivery for SMS based services
Rollout of IMIMobile RBT service with enhanced ring back tone services for dynamic
consumer experience and revenue growth.
Implementation of Allot’s Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) solution for network bandwidth

related problems due to overloaded software and hardware licenses.
