A Project Management Professional with a Master’s degree in Telecom Management coupled with over 5
years of experience in telecom systems deployment and project management with a persistent and flexible
approach to the achievement of business plans to the satisfaction of stakeholders, suppliers and customers.
I draw on strong organizational skills, confidence and interpersonal skills to motivate and drive teams to
achieve business results.

value added services for telecom consumers to meet business targets of consumer based
departments .
 Implementation of small and medium sized and turn key projects using standard project
management and PMO procedures.
 Conversant with project cost management with practical knowledge of Purchase order,
Purchase request procedures as well as budgeting for projects;
 VAS network planning and expansion in line with business KPI achievement

operators in the Ghanaian telecom industry with projects involving system integration of

 Integration of postpaid and prepaid subs on Huawei CBS platform resulting in significant
reduction in total cost of ownership and Overall subscriber growth.

 Rollout of EDGE SMS Firewall to create transparency and efficient management of SMS
content delivery for SMS based services

 Rollout of IMIMobile RBT service with enhanced ring back tone services for dynamic

 Implementation of Allot’s Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) solution for network bandwidth

not reachable when called.

 Rolled out LEIB ICT’s Cell broadcaster project by adding the Broadcaster application to the
VAS network to better utilize network resources for mass subscriber message broadcasts to
support growing products and services on the network.

 Rolled out Huawei’s IP call centre project for enhanced subscriber support management
saving the Organization costs of paying for the same service on rental basis.

 As VAS Specialist at Millicom Ghana:

 Rolled out two successive projects to expand the prepaid platform to support increasing
subscriber numbers and improve service quality at a time when there were frequent service
related problems due to overloaded software and hardware licenses.

