8. Financial Status:
The Significant HR Solutions has three directors, from which each director’s
paid up capital is 2 Lakhs and the total paid up capital is 10 Lakhs.
Its revenue cannot be disclosed. As it is a start-up so it doesn’t have market
share in the stock market.
Currently the firm is under loss and Data related to the company were
confidential. Hence, not every information can be included in the report.
Work done:
I was assigned here for three projects.
1. Lead generation for the SHRS in agriculture & agriculture ailed sectors.
2. Lead generation for Third Party Hiring.
3. Marketing the franchise for one of the client of SHRS.

12. Achievements:
For the lead generation project I made an Empanelment with one of the most
renowned Agriculture ailed sector i.e. In Aquaculture.
For the Third Party Hiring I made two Empanelment with the most renowned
retail as well as fashion retail sector and one in Hospitality sector.
For Training I made an Empanelment with one of the most renowned and well
known company in India.
13. Lead Generation Funnel Theory:
How it relates to my work:
In the company my work is to collect the MIS from the Internet by using
websites like Fundoo data, Dataguru etc.
By using that MIS I have to do Cold Calls to the clients and pitch the company
services to them.
If they are interested I have to make an empanelment with our company and
provide the services what the client actually requires.
14. B2B Marketing Theory:
It is the business marketing of individuals or organizations. It allows them to
sell products or services to other companies or organizations that resell them,
use them in their products or services or use them to support their work.
How it relates to my work:
Our company is an HR Outsourcing company. We have to market the HR
services to other companies in PAN India.
For that I have to market the HR services to the companies.
Here I have to bring the leads that who are interested in taking the HR
services from our company.
15. Findings:
During the study and research while working for SHRS I found the following
facts:
The company having more tie-ups with well-established and successful MNCs
in the market.
The company having tie-ups mainly with BPO sector. Since BPO industry is
growing with fast rate and there are more career opportunities for the people.
Since the company is in startup stage and is new in the market. So it takes
some time to with stand in the market.
To keep the work smooth and balanced pace daily attendance of the employee
has to be maintained properly.
16. Recommendations:
During the internship at Significant HR Solutions Pvt Ltd. various areas are
founded which are to be improved for efficient and effective working. So it
would be recommended.
More number of recruiters should be hired.
Proper resources should be there from the time of start-up.
Refreshment of the employee should be there for the employs to reduce work
stress.
Consultancy should be big enough to conduct drives also.
As soon as possible company’s website should be constructed.
Advertisement should be done through social media.
Advertisements should be given in the newspapers for creating awareness in
the job openings.
17. Conclusion:
From these 90 days of experience in corporates, I got a good exposure about
what really the corporate life is about.
It’s waking and along with targets and mind stresses every morning. The
person who can manage these targets and stress are shining in these fields.
I personally think that marketing is not everyone’s cup of tea, but one set his
target high and continuously service towards that, nothing is impossible.
The only thing required in our field is right attitude or a positive attitude
towards attaining ones goals.
