E S I C – EMPLOYER STATE INSURANCE CARPORATION
This scheme was stated by Central Government of INDIA . It is needed
for every private employee.
EligibilityforESIC:- All employees on a gross salary of Rs:- 15000/- less only
eligible.
Above 15000/- people are not eligible for this scheme.
This identification process is conducted by central govt employee in our
organization.
The Employee said to me every private organization up to soft ware
company to Retail shopping malls.
Advantagesof ESIC:- This scheme people get free health services from every
corporate hospitals up to 50,00,000/-
Every Month Employers share contribution 4.75%
Employee Gross salary share contribution 1.75%
This process is Done in this week day one on my work place.

10. EMPLOYMENT Encouragement
In Big Bazaar Store’s the F.R.L authority conducted monthly
program for Employee’s encouragement program . Even they
celebrate Employees Birthday’s also . In this situation I know
employee’s encouragement is most important in Retail services.
These are the Target’s & Tasks for to know the importance of
each and every department that’s why our HR Manager assign
these work’s for me .
11. EMPLOYEE’S RECRUITMENTPROCESS
In Big Bazaar store employees recruitment process is going
in a certain way of Structure . First the HR manager conduct
Interview , gathering candidate details , Department
allocation , Joining kit preparation , Provide ID card , these
are all process of employee’s recruitment in BIG BAZAAR .
From These we are also conduct Interview for Team
Member’s (T.M) our HR Dept gave some sort of guide line for
Interviewing a candidates.
From Joining application Kit on words also we are all know
how much details are require for recruit the people

the summer internship program. In my sip program i
found importance of hr management operations . My
targets like sales at big bazaar it is opportunity to
know the how to interact the customers . In that time i
know the customer different type of mentality . This
s.i.p is useful in so many ways .this helps to have a
extent growth in practical world.
