The use of colures of the front cover is
to normally grab the attentions of the
customers and they have used
vibrant, colures that are used in that
certain film in this case Thor Ragnarok
which uses a lot of vibrant colures. So
Empire decided to keep to the theme
of that certain film which is coming
out soon.
The use of the image is to get the
attention of the potential
customers by having a massive
picture of Chris Hemsworth aka
Thor this is also to grab peoples
attention because he is a really
famous actor and easily recognized
especially as Thor.
The front states the
things you can
receive with the
magazine for free.
This will entice
people to buy the
magazine because
they see the word
free or the extra
things that you
receive

4. Double page
The double page is very neat and tidy this is
to make sure that everything they want to fit
on the double page will be able to fit. The
text size is quite small so they can fit all of
the text they want on.
The colures that they are using in this
double page are very mild colures such as
white black and a little bit of red, but most
of the colures are coming from the big
picture in the middle which I will get on
later
The big pastel picture in the
middle is there to give a bit of
vibrancy o. the page and it is
something nice to look at

On the website it has the same logo
in the top corner of the webpage
and it also keeps with the colure
scheme of the logo. Also on the
website is has the star ratings that it
normally gives in the magazine so in
that way it keeps the website and
the magazine consistent. The
website looks very professional
unlike some websites because it just
keeps a simple design.

The colures used on the front cover are
mainly blues and greys. This is really
affective because in the marvel cinematic
universe because in films such as Iron Man
and The Avengers they had a lot of dark
greys and blues. The colures of the logo
contrasts really well with the background
colures, the logo colures are white and
red.
In the middle of the page they have a
massive picture of Iron Man played by
Robert Downey Jr. this will grab lots of
peoples attention because he is one of the
biggest actors in Hollywood and people
automatically recognize him.

8. Double page
On the double page the first thing you
see is a massive picture of Iron Man
and underneath in big red letters it
says Iron Man. The reason why they
did that is to grab your attention
because you will automatically look to
the left of the page
The colure of the double page is
the same as the front cover this
makes the whole magazine
consistent.
The text size is quite small this is
because they want to fit a lot of text on
the page.

9. Marvel movie collection website
The website for marvel movie
collections has the same colure
scheme as the magazine this is
good because it keeps the whole
thing consistent. This makes it
look really professional and not
done by armatures like some
websites are.
The website also keeps the
marvel logo at the top of the
screen so that the person on the
websites knows exactly what
website they’re on.
On the website it also shows
you what you will receive in
the magazine. It will show you
the prices of the magazine and
they will provide you a link so
you will be able to buy a copy.

The front cover is very easy to the
eyes the font type isn't obscene
and fancy it is simple and rigid in
design. The colures contrast well
with each other. The main colures
used are orange and white and
they contrast really well with each
other.
They have put a missive picture of
the actress Alice Vikander who
plays Lara Croft in the new film
Tomb Raider. This is to grab the
general publics attention.
The front cover also uses starts
and blobs to emphasis something
important and in this case it is
the 58 must see 2018 movies

On the double page they have a
massive picture of the new film
tomb raider which will grab your
attention straight away. It isn't just
that big picture in the middle that
grabs your attention, it is also the
other little pictures surrounding
the pages, this gets the reader
interested in page because they
want to know what film it is
because they think It looks good.
The size of the text is small
because they want to fit a lot
of information in it. They also
make the writing small so that
they can make the images a
bit bigger so that the readers
will spot the images.

The website is nice and simple. It
has the the name of the
magazine company and some
examples of they magazines at
the top of the page because that
is normally the first thing you
notice on the website because
that is where we normally look.
The colures of the website is nice
and simple and not too bright
which is good because you will be
able to look at it easier and it isn't
harsh to the eyes.

because it grabs the attention of
the consumers who are looking to
buy a magazine. The colure of the
title contrast really well with the
colure of the background is read
and the colure of the title is white.
The font of the title and of
everything is really simple and
bold. You will be able to see the
magazine from a mile away
because the size of the title is
really big so that the potential
customers and consumers will buy
the magazine

The first thing that you can see when
you look at the double page spread is
the massive images of the phone .
This will grab the attention of the
reader because it is the first thing
that your eyes will look at because
the image is huge. Also they might
look at it because it is a well know
brand and their eyes will look at the
logo on the phone this might make
the reader read it because they might
need a new phone.
The writing is small so that they can
fit more information on and so that
the don’t obstruct any main features
of the phone. There isn't much
writing but not many people like
reading long chunks of information.
They like shot concise information.

17. Website
The website design is nice and
simple. They don’t use too many
colures they keep with red and
white theme, this is good because
the colures contrast really well
together and they are the same
colures of the logo.
They keep the logo in the top left
hand side of the website this is
smart because this is where a lot
of people look at first because
