Following the acquisition of GLG Partners - a Hedge Fund Manager, MAN
Investments embarked upon a £27M million Data centre relocation and
Applications Migration Project. Recruited as a Project Manager to work on Disaster
Recovery and Infrastructure delivery related activities:
 Managed a team of 12 to deliver an Infrastructure Health reporting service
across 3 data centres for the purpose of identifying health gaps, assessing
and reducing risks associated with DR and BCP functions for the global
organisation in preparation for the start of the application migration
 Commissioned and completed the DR infrastructure remediation of 97
mission critical applications, including User Access Systems – Citrix Access
Gateway and all the core infrastructure (SAN / WAN / WLAN / BMS / Access
Control) components in preparation for Application Migration Execution
 Managed the delivery and operation of a data centre test rig for application
migration testing, activity planning and system KPI metrics to prepare a
migration data model to maintain control of migration execution activities

 Delivered the new Investor Relations Office to time and budget, including the
WAN implementation, creation and implementation of managed services for
the Investor Relations Function, Wireless LAN capability in all Offices and
the implementation of a Board Room HD Video Conferencing facility
 With an emphasis on Health and Safety and risk reduction, developed strong
working partnerships with the outsource Provider to enable their Support
