Entries are open! Parker Bridge are hosting the inaugural Administration Professionals
Awards, celebrating the crème de la crème of high calibre administration and business
support talent in Wellington. In this bonus edition newsletter, we showcase the Parker
Bridge Business support team and the sponsors who have come on board with this
initiative.

Awards
Parker Bridge invites any Wellington employer to
nominate administration or business support staff for
the Administration Professionals Awards. Nominations
are welcomed in the following categories:
Receptionist
Specialist Administrative Professional
Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
Office Manager
Nominators may enter one person per category whom
they supervise or manage, or who works to support
them in their role. The purpose of the awards is to
reward the crème de la crème of high calibre
professionals within their area of expertise.
Category prizes include:

The Parker Bridge Business Support team, led by
Principal – Louise Reilly and Executive Consultant –
Adelle Kenny, will select finalists based on nomination
form feedback. An external panel of exceptional
professionals, representative of each category, will
conduct a blind peer reading of entries to determine
category winners. Regional Wines and Spirits have also
provided bottles of Trinity Hill’s finest, 2011 Gimblett
Gimblett Gravels, for the judging panel.
Entries for the Administration Professionals Awards
open on Wednesday 2 April and close on Wednesday 16
April.

Week, celebrated in the last week of April by the
International Association of Administrative Professionals
(IAAP) since 1952.
Meet the Business Support Team
Louise Reilly
Principal - Business Support
Louise currently manages the Wellington Business
Support team, as well as actively recruiting high calibre
permanent, contract and temporary staff. An honest
and dedicated consultant with a sound reputation in the
marketplace, Louise provides her clients and candidates
with a consistent high standard of service, knowledge
and advice on the market.
Louise’s in-depth industry knowledge stems from her
recruitment of business support staff for a leading
Dublin based Recruitment Company. She also brings
five years international experience in the Irish Civil
Service where she recruited staff at all levels for Irish
government departments. Louise prides herself on

Adelle Kenny
Executive Consultant - Business Support
Adelle Kenny, Executive Consultant within the
Wellington team, is responsible for recruiting high
calibre permanent, temporary and fixed term contact
positions within the Parker Bridge Business Support
division.
With extensive experience within the Wellington
market, Adelle has spent over 4 years recruiting
specialist administration and office support positions
within the Government and Commercial sectors. Prior
to that she spent over 8 years as a successful
Wellington Business Director, developing networks and
building strong professional relationships that still stand
strong today.
Adelle’s passion and enthusiasm for recruitment is
driven by the always changing and ever evolving
recruitment market – where no two days are the same.
Motivated by a fundamental desire to work with an
award winning consultancy, Adelle enjoys matching not
only the technical skills and experience needed for a
position, but also the personality dynamics that ensure
a successful team and company fit.

Rachel Evans
Consultant - Business Support
Rachel Evans, Recruitment Consultant within the
Wellington Business Support team, is a key facilitator in
helping her team uphold Parker Bridge’s mission of
creating high performing teams by connecting
employers with high calibre talent.
Following on from obtaining her Bachelor of Commerce
and Administration majoring in Human Resources and
Marketing, Rachel joined the Parker Bridge team in
April 2012 and combined her knowledge from university
with the skills and experience she developed providing
recruitment support to her family’s business. Rachel’s
drive and passion to succeed in the recruitment
industry has seen her move from a Recruitment
Administrator into a Recruitment Consultant position
where her exceptional client service skills and ability to
build relationships, makes her a valuable asset to the
Parker Bridge team.
In her spare time, Rachel enjoys playing and being an
encouraging supporter of many sports including Rugby,
Soccer, Netball and Touch.
Rebecca Rodgers
Consultant - Business Support
Rebecca Rodgers, a key member of the award-winning
Wellington Business Support Team, is a strongly
networked Consultant committed to providing the
highest level of service to her clients and candidates.
A Wellingtonian through and through, Rebecca builds
on her corporate career which has developed within the
local Government sector, and is focused on building
long lasting relationships with commercial and
government clients within the wider Wellington region.
A testament to her high performing and driven nature,
Rebecca utilises her client focused experience within
the dynamic and ever-changing Wellington market to
facilitate perfect matches between her candidates and
