This document summarizes a presentation on leadership given at a Fall Student Conference. The presentation discusses how leadership requires understanding yourself, communicating effectively, managing conflict, making tough decisions, setting vision and tone. It is not a popularity contest. The presentation teaches students how to identify their own leadership style from among collaborator, energizer, pilot, provider, harmonizer, forecaster, producer, and composer.
