Our results review process is an immersive discussion providing self-awareness around
individual motivators, preferred communication style, and strategies to ‘meet others
where they are’. It’s a superior style indicator and provides a window into the culture
where an individual will thrive. These are conducted 1/1, 2/1 (including direct leader),
or in a group setting, either in-person or virtually. (60 Minutes)

The DISC assessment can be used in a variety of professional scenarios to include team
