○ After 1.5+ years at Microsoft, I’ve had impactful,
advancing roles in Recruiting and Executive Client
Leadership at companies like Hitachi, Amazon, Chewy,
and Ford. While at Amazon, solely led all talent and
recruitment management for first AWS building in
Portland, Oregon.

o What can be expected in the follow up review session?
Our results review process is an immersive discussion providing self-awareness around
individual motivators, preferred communication style, and strategies to ‘meet others
where they are’. It’s a superior style indicator and provides a window into the culture
where an individual will thrive. These are conducted 1/1, 2/1 (including direct leader),
or in a group setting, either in-person or virtually. (60 Minutes)
o When should a company use a DISC assesment?
The DISC assessment can be used in a variety of professional scenarios to include team
building exercises, leadership retreats, newly hired team members, or newly
constructed organizations (internal or cross-functional).
