1. When working with a group it is important to share your ideas
2. Having a clear idea of what you want to do help you get your point across
3. It also makes it easier for teammates to understand what your desired outcome is
for a project

9. Being a good listener shows that you respect your
teammates
1. It’s easy to share your ideas and forget to listen to what
others have to say
2. Your teammates might have ideas that you haven’t thought
of yet
3. When each voice is respected, in turn, you will also receive
respect

11. Being open minded allows for the best ideas to
come to life
1. Compromise is key to getting the best solution that will
please the most people

perspectives to influence ideas
