I did some
experiments
with fonts and
looking at what
fitted and what
did not and I
decided none
of these fonts
are good. So I
moved on and
started
experimenting

4. I took a look into some more fonts and compiled them all together too see how they all
worked. I really like the look of the first few and I think I will look more into the blocky
simple fonts. But I would also like to experiment an try something a little different to stand
out more interesting and different in the market of car magazines.

7. Color Scheme.
I was looking at color schemes for my
magazine and decided because my car will
be on the front cover of the I wanted to
have something to match my car. I also will
be mainly taking photos in a field, so I
wanted to match the naturist theme of my
magazine.
This color scheme is very similar to the last
one but it isn’t a gradient of the dark green.
This one is more of a nature focused and
will definitely work better with my nature
idea.

8. I then moved on from the
website I was previously on
and started looking at a
wider range of schemes. I
didn’t want to keep my
search as narrow as it was
because I do not want to
limit magazines potential.
This is evidently a range
of colors taken from the
German flag. I felt this to
be quite appropriate for
the magazine because of
Volkswagens being a car
made in Germany.

10. Contingency Planning
Potential Issue Solution
My car could potentially break down. Fix it my self.
Not have enough up coming shows to take
good enough photos.
Make every show count when I go and take as
many photos as possible.
When it comes to taking my photos my car may
not look as nice as I want it too.
Spend time working on my car and
cleaning it.
Camera could not work. Take it back to college and ask for another.
SD card could be corrupt and I will loose all my
images.
Back up my images once I have taken them.
The battery I am using could run out of charge. Bring a back up just in case.

11. Health and Safety
Potential Issue How will the issue be
avoided?
Working around Cars I could potentially get hit
by a car.
Be extra carful when taking my photos, maybe
even wear a Hi Vis jacket.
Chance of crashing when driving my own
car.
Be aware and don’t drive like an idiot.
Eye strain from taking so many photos. Take regular breaks from taking photos.
The heat could cause sun stroke from being in
the sun too much.
Again take regular breaks and not wear my self
out.
Wear my self out from lack of sleep, due to the
car shows starting so early.
Get a good night sleep the day before the
show.
When getting the low angles for my photos or
using a ladder to take highs I could injure my
self.
Make sure I am carful with bending down and
make sure the ladder is secure.
