PERSONAL
I am currently working as a PA looking after three Directors at a successful design company in central
London. I have a friendly, outgoing nature and thrive on challenges, taking on and dealing with all projects as
required and assisting wherever necessary to ensure all work is dealt with on time. It is a very fast paced
industry and I have learnt to work well under extreme pressure in a calm and efficient manner ensuring work
is prioritized well and daily tasks completed to a high standard.
I am now looking to combine all of the skills I have learnt and channel them towards a career in which I can
find longevity and gratification.

Jon Adam is one of the top leading suppliers to the UK high street, employing over 150 staff over 2 sites. My duties
include but are not limited to:
- Assisting Directors with all project and ad-hoc requests efficiently
- Ensure hand over notes are concise & up to date
- Diary management - travel arrangements for Managing Directors, Head of Design & Head of Childrenswear
- Liaising and supporting senior executives including - Managing Directors, Financial Director, Head of
Womenswear & Head of Childrenswear
- Meeting and greeting clients in a friendly manner
- Organising and booking of meetings using Microsoft Office
- Operating a busy switchboard system for 150+ staff, over 2 sites using IP Office Console software
- Manage staff travel expenses
- Email monitoring and correspondence
- Booking couriers with UPS, DHL and AJWW

van allocations for internal costing using excel.
