I am honest, reliable, trustworthy and efficient in the ability to lead a team, work as
part of a team and work on my own initiative. I thrive on challenges both at work
and in my personal life. I am motivated by honesty, determination and hard work in
others as this is how I define myself. I believe that learning new skills are essential
to move forward and increase my knowledge base in all aspects of the working
environment. I have excellent communication skills proven in my work history, which
I further developed during my time at university where I studied and attained a BA
Hons in Drama and Performance. I have since continued my studies and attained a
Post Graduate Certificate in Humanities from the Open University which confirms my
ability to self-discipline, especially when reaching deadlines. I am adept at taking
and giving work instruction as well as giving and receiving constructive criticism.

Assembler/Product Line Trainer/ LPT Communications ;
Training in-house and field location personnel from around the world in assembly
and repair. This is a specialist operation to ensure the correct and safe practice
associated with the oil and gas industry. I am also the LPT (loss prevention team)
communication lead and part of a team who look at, investigate and implement
improvements within the working environment.
Fabulous Old Spot Theatre Company; June 2011 – February 2012
Performer;
Acting, singing, devising, movement and improvisation.
The skills associated as a performer rely heavily on communication skills and team
work.
Worcester University; October 2010 – June 2011
Outreach TIE Performer;
Supplying Theatre in Education performance and workshop as part of the outreach
TIE theatre group to schools and sixth form colleges throughout Worcestershire,
Herefordshire and Shropshire. Also showcasing our abilities to use drama as a tool
for information and communication during University open days.

Coordinating the day to day running of the outwork department sourcing and
supplying a range of sub-contractors and home workers with cable and component
build including fine soldering, crimping and wiring. Working to tight manufacturing
deadlines, planning work, organising orders, costing new jobs and communicating
with customers and suppliers.
INTERESTS AND HOBBIES
I enjoy going to the theatre, joining in with theatre workshops, performing and
performance art and I am actively involved performing with the DODS. I also enjoy
holistic remedies such as Swedish Full Body massage and Indian Head Massage for
which I am a qualified therapist. I especially enjoy spending quality time with family
and friends.
