As the former manager of Mr. Branislav Kovacik I certify that he was working for AT&T Global
Network Services Slovakia s.r.o. between March 15th, 2014 and June 30th, 2016 as an Order
Creator and an Order Manager for AVPN Transport service.
During his employment time he displayed high integrity, honesty and a deep sense of caring for
the success of our company, customers and employees. I would like to highlight his personality
and approach towards internal and external customers. He showed willingness to learn and go
beyond his duties to support the customers. His supportive personality was often recognized, not
only by our customers, but also by supporting teams.
He was a role model for pure productivity. All his partial goals ended up in green numbers; his
overall end of year ratings exceeded the individual and team goals as well. It was extremely hard
to achieve as he willingly applied to support customer escalations out of standard working hours.
It required good time management and prioritization as handling those requests intervened his
regular work day schedule. His performance and gained experience earned him a nomination for
senior role. He decided to leave AT&T just before his planned promotion.
