 Co-Managed perishable grocery supplier, responsible for managing 200,000 item/store combinations, and 6,000
item/club combinations from order to cash.
o Product line included: Silk Soy Milk, Horizon Organic Milk, Land of Lakes Dairy Creamers, and
International Delight Coffee Creamers.
 Accountable for collaborating with Wal-Mart counterparts to drive improvements in operations while maintaining
inventory goals and merchandizing budgets and objectives.
 Responsible for Demand Forecasting with internal Corporate Production Planning Team, and Wal-Mart

 Categories included: Fragrances, Cosmetics, and Optical, which represented 600,000 DC level distribution points.
Assortment of items spread across both Warehouse Replenishment and the Assembly Replenishment channels.

 Accountable for maintaining inventory across the supply chain:
