2. Problem
Building hotels and homes creates an incredible amount of waste and uses non-reusable materials. Modern
construction pollutes the air, damages the soil, and destroys non-reusable resources. People are used to boring
experiences. Your stay is as crucial as your trip. The world expects to stay in a small, cramped hotel and not get a
good night’s sleep.

3. Solution
These "Eco-Capsules" help protect the environment while also providing a fun stay. These shipping containers
would typically be burned into harmful gases. On top of this they require little utilities. Our listings will stand out
when looking where to stay and create family memories. We provide a different experience from the
competition. We seek to make the stay as important as the trip.

4. Market
This is a sustainable business because of the growth we've seen in the eco-tourism industry, its growing at 10 to
30 percent annually. Our target market is millennials who are seeking to help protect the environment whilst
enjoying a unique stay. This also taps into the tiny home movement which is expected to add $5.5 billion to its
market size by 2022.
