NEED FOR OPENING THE INDUSTRY
 Waste produced in our homes, businesses and
industrial sources are more.Solid waste production
in this country is growing in volume.More and more
of our everyday products contain toxic chemicals
which impact public health and responsibility.
 We produce too much waste .In 2007,Americans
threw out about 570 billion pounds of municipal
solid waste.Compared to other nations, the US has
a record of generating waste at an alarming
rate.We Indians are responsible for more than 30%
of the planet’s total waste generation.According to
World Bank Africa generates nearly 70 million
tonnes of waste every year.
 Packaging is the largest and most rapidly growing
category of solid waste.More than 30% of
municipal solid waste is packaging and 40%bof
that waste is plastic.
 After considering all these serious problems we
thought to start a business which will not only
help us to make profit but also will help the
society. Our organisation will atleast contribute a
little to the development of the nation and for the
betterment of the environment. So our team has
planned to open an industry and produce such
products which are purely produced out of
wastage.
USPS
 Our products are different from the products from
the products manufacturing in other industries as
they are eco-friendly and are produced from
wastage.
 It will upheld the concept of social marketing.
 It will help the consumers to save more and yet get
maximum satisfaction.
 Variety of choices are provided to the
customers. There are wide variety of products.
 The prices of our products are very lower and the
cost of production is low too.
 From green packaging to online shopping , the
postal services helps our consumers make eco-
friendly choices about their mail . We continuously
work to reduce its environmental impact.
 We are reducing waste and pollutants by expanding
our use of recycled and recyclable
products, harnessing the power of the internet
through ups.com to save customers unnecessary
trips to post offices and exploring numerous other
ways to green the mail.
 GO FOR OUR PRODUCT!
THE PRODUCTS WE PRODUCE
 Out of paper:
This usually makes up a large portion of waste
collected. Waste paper newspaper, magazine,
cardboards and old books)can be used to make
paper bags, cardboard and carton boxes for new
electronic equipment. As many African cities has
banned use of paper bags recycled paper is
becoming the top choice for producing bags for
shopping malls. We also produce many show
pieces with paper to decorate your homes.
PAPER BAGS
WASTE PAPERS
 Out of glasses:
 Glass recycling is the process of turning waste
glasses into usable products.Glass makes up a
large component of household and industrial waste
due to its weight and density. The glass components
in municipal waste is made up of bottles, broken
glassware,light bulbs and other items.There is a
huge demand for glasses in countries like
England,UK,US. Excess glasses we export to these
countries.
OTHER ITEMS PRODUCED OUT OF WASTE
RECYCLED MILK BOTTLE LAMP
 The milk bottles are one of the major items used in
every homes these days. The used bottles wer
actually considered as garbage . So recycling of
these bottles was required and this is really
awesome.
 Take a look!
LAMP BLOB
 Now this is something cool made out of plastics.
The plastics can be easily utilised and can be made
in the form of bunches that can form a lamp blob.
 This is also available in other attractive colours and
are very attractive.
BIODEGRADABLE VACCUM CLEANER
 This is something which is required in every house.
This vaccum cleaner is mostly made out of
elements and products which are toxic and tends to
pollute the surroundings and atmosphere.
RECYCLED REVIEW MIRROR
 The festive season is on and these recycled
products are a rage all over for their effective and
attractive design. This is worth using and can be
kept at the entry place which makes the place more
attractive.
CELLPHONE COVERS
RECYCLE BIKES
 These bikes are handmades. The seats are made
out of renewable cork and they use belts instead of
chains because belts require less maintainance.
GREEN TOYS
 These kinds of toys are manufactured out of waste
plastics. Even the packagingis 100% recycled
HAND BAG AND POUCH
OUR STRENGHT:OUR EMPLOYEES
 We are proud to tell that all our employees are
disabled or have health conditions.
 It is really very beneficial for our business because
 It increases the number of high quality applicants
available
 Create a workforce that reflects the diverse range
of customers it servesand the community in which it
is based.
 Bring additional skills to the business, such as ability
to use BSL(British sign language)which could result
in large savings.
 We ust had to do this to employ them
 Make changes to a disabled person’s working
pattern
 Providing training and mentoring
 Making alteration in the premises
 Ensuring information is provided in accessible
formats
 Modifying or acquiring equipment
 Allowing extra time during selection tests
 Speaking directly to them rather than any other
supportive people
 Telling them about flexible work patterns
 Advise on specific conditions
PRICING
 Pricing is a process of determining what a company
will receive in exchange for its produts or services.
 We fix a minimum price to our products as our main
goal of starting this company is social service.
 The wastes i.e our raw materials are free of cost
and some small expenses for getting them to our
work place.
 Our prices are reasonable and affordable even by a
lower middle class groups as the cost of production
is negligible.
 We fix our prices only to overcome the exenses of
the company having a very low profit margin.
 As we have wide range of products we cannot
specify the prices but they are surely less than your
expectations.
MARKET SEGMENTATION
 We satisfy all the sections of the market.
 We cover the whole of India and also export our
products to some Asian countries
 We have toys for the kids, jewellary and other
accessories for woman and other daily use items
 Our goods are affordable both by rich nd lower
class people.
 Depending on the demand of our products we
establish our factories.
 The people of D.K are very much interested in our
products and there is a huge demand for our
product here. Thus we established 2 factories in
D.K this year.
MEDIA OF PROMOTION
Our only way of promotion is internet and good word
of mouth
We don’t believe in spending huge amount of money
in adds. We have our website (www.akaar.com)
Our motive of social service helps us to promote our
products. This aim of our company motivates
people to buy our products.
Durable and low in price.
SWOT ANALYSIS
Strength:
* Main importance is given to CSR
* Employs physically challenged people only other
than few senior officers and trainers
* Has huge variety of products.
* We now have our branches in every state of India.
*we export our products from the year 2011-12
WEAKNESS:
 Low sales as many are not known about our
products.
 Lesser attractive than non eco-friendly products.
 Difficulty in dealing with the wastages.
 Lack of support from Government officials.
 Some people do not go for our products inorder to
maintain their dignity
OPPORTUNITIES
 If allowed we plan to open our industries abroad.
 Some districts do not sell us their wastage or the
government authorities of such areas d not allow us
to take their products. If we are allowed to take the
full wastage then we can manufacture wider range
of products.
THREAT:
 Unhealthy competition with some MNCs and local
industries.
 Interventions from some government officials.
 Threat from profit making organisations who create
many problems to our industry.
CONCLUSION
 Overall it is our small try to develop the society. The
present condition of India is worse in the terms of
cleanliness. We do not have enough place to dump
the garbage. Our precious land is used to dump the
wastes instead of cultivating crops on them. In such
condition if we open this kind of industries we can
make our India a better place to live in.
SAVE EARTH..!
