WORK EXPERIENCE:
Quality Engineer – (a Wiping system assemblies manufacturing company “RAMS
ENGINEERING INDUSTRIES”, Chennai. from July 2014 to till date)
Our major customers are Lucas-TVS, Bosch, Dura, Ford, Hyundai, Honda, and Daimler. Our
products are varied from solenoid switches for starters, wiping system assemblies, mechanism
assemblies, oscillating and rotary link assemblies, brush box assemblies.

2. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• “Quality Inspector” for Wheel Box Assy, Terminal Base Assy and Welding Assy till August 2014
with the responsibility of Inspection & Approval of sub Assembly Components of LUCAS TVS,
BOSCH, DURA AUTO SYSTEMS & SPHEROS PARABUS.
• Identifying / selecting Special Characteristics.
• Check the availability of monitoring & measuring devices.
• Having knowledge about AOI, ISIR, and PPAP documents for new products.
• Having Knowledge in Assembling, Moulding, Forging, Casting, Stamping, Machining process.
• Analysis of drawings, fixtures, and gauges for new products.
• Exposure in SPC, PTC, PMC.
• Be a part of process audit, product audit, Layout inspection and internal audit as per plan.
• Ensuring Quality of product at Incoming, In process & Final inspection.
• In-house rejections and Customer Complaints analyzing through CFT team.

• In charge for In House Rejection Data collection & Analysis and helped the Management
team for solving problems.
• Exposure in Calibration Procedure and prepared the new gauge orders.

to incoming, Line inspection, Final inspection and Firewall inspection individually.
