I have been working in the Recreation department for the past 17 years. Recreation has been my passion all
the while and I really love what I have been doing. I have proved record of success in Recreation and
determination to succeed at all times to the betterment of my career and the company I work for. I have
been part of many such effective decisions in the past that lead my department to success as well as hotel in
general. I have the ability to spear head the department from any level either it through marketing or
promotions, Increase in guest satisfaction ratio, cost control measures or revenue generation and bottom
line profit. I believe I can exhibit many of the qualities that are essential to business, while enhancing my
career opportunities. I focus on cultivating a team environment that provides an exceptional customer
service while ensuring all team members perform at a consistently high level. As a Recreation Manager my
passion is to lead and create ways for the team to achieve success in everything they do including
