Responsible for budget and spend management, planning and scheduling.
Review third party contractors planning and scheduling systems and procedures to verify their
adequacy including but not limited to personnel, tools utilized for project controls.
Interface with third party contractors project controls team (i.e. estimating, cost and scheduling
personnel) to ensure cost and schedule information including analysis of deviations from budget
is communicated to the project team accurately and in a timely manner.
