HR could develop recruitment strategies. Performed schedule analysis, to highlight and identify specific problem areas, so
strategic solutions could be adopted, to minimize potential impacts on productivity, completion dates or expenditure.

Managed a group of engineers, and have been part of a shared services team to provide technical support to construction
management teams. Produced 3D construction sequencing in Navis Work’s software to simulate steel erection process to
improve site coordination. Produced crane lift studies, NCR’s, technical queries and ITP’s to resolve technical issues.
Advising construction supervisors on all technical standards and specifications, while insuring construction stopping at agreed
ITP hold points to achieved construction verification of installed infrastructure and equipment. Interfaced with Client
representatives to develop punch lists to proactively address and solve issues to achieve finial signoff of work areas.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to deliver accurate and timely advice. Produced periodic
project status reports to commutate progress and performance, using recurring interface meetings with managers, to capture
progress updates and address concerns. Communicated project status using visual and graphical dashboards, S-curves and
histograms, to display performance indicators KPI’s. Designed business promotional material, corporate reports and other
presentational tools to roll-out out various business initiatives.
Experienced in the area of Mega-tonic’s, through previously experience in building prototype CNC machinery and other
automated equipment. Serviced equipment with complexed PLC controller and state of the art technology. Drawing upon
advanced diagnostics training to identify and resolve complex problems. Programmed and operated CNC and robotic
equipment using multiple programming languages, to produce high precision components within a manufacturing
environment. Experienced within shutdowns, site maintenance, fabrication and specialized welding.
