Researched and mapped out key project approvals processes, phases and timelines for cultural heritage, land access, mining 
leases, government/environmental approvals. Developed standardized study phases for sanction processes, order of 
magnitude, prefeasibility and feasibility studies for specific business unit. 
Produced tender, construction and owner’s team’s master schedules. Aligning to agreed target dates, production rates and 
field development plans, while optimizing material, equipment and manpower. Developed portfolio schedules with integrated 
databases logically linked to subprojects. Created basis of schedule plans to document schedule methodologies, calendars, 
assumptions, productivities, constrains, drivers and risks. Defined labour classifications to determine resource distributions, so 
HR could develop recruitment strategies. Performed schedule analysis, to highlight and identify specific problem areas, so 
strategic solutions could be adopted, to minimize potential impacts on productivity, completion dates or expenditure. 
Experienced in formulating what-if schedule scenario’s and recovery plans to manage or mitigate schedule slippages.

management teams. Produced 3D construction sequencing in Navis Work’s software to simulate steel erection process to 
improve site coordination. Produced crane lift studies, NCR’s, technical queries and ITP’s to resolve technical issues. 
Advising construction supervisors on all technical standards and specifications, while insuring construction stopping at agreed 
ITP hold points to achieved construction verification of installed infrastructure and equipment. Interfaced with Client 
representatives to develop punch lists to proactively address and solve issues to achieve finial signoff of work areas. 
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to deliver accurate and timely advice. Produced periodic 
project status reports to commutate progress and performance, using recurring interface meetings with managers, to capture 
progress updates and address concerns. Communicated project status using visual and graphical dashboards, S-curves and
