2. Executive Summary
25 years of working experience in dynamic
international business environments. The latest 19
years with leadership and change management in
various functional areas as Service, Projects, Sales,
R&D, Business Development/management.
My sincere interest in people and their behavior and
development has been a great advantage in building
relations on many levels and creating results through
and with other people. This is achieved through also
my technical background and P&L experience,
common sense, open mind and strong people and
communication skills
In ABB I successfully initiated new business
opportunities by looking on complete value chain
and processes as well as facilitated collaboration
across professional levels, business units and country
borders.
In Vestas R&D I staffed, lead end developed
successful R&D teams/departments in US,
Singapore, India, China and Denmark.
Latest I have had some great 6 years helping
organisations and leaders to improve themselves and
their business.
I’ve been a member of Rotary since 2004 where I am
pleased to help people that are not having the same
opportunities in life as the majority.
