To Whom It May Concern:
I prepared this letter to provide a reference for Mr. Chad Cheleden. I have known Chad on a
professional and personal basis for approxhnately 7 years. During that time I believe that I have
acquired a solid perspective regarding Chad's capabilities as a professional and his quality as a
person.
My professional experience with Chad began in 1991 while we were employed at the GA Group.
My position was Project Manager for the Environmental Division and Chad)s was the Director of
Development for the entire finn. During that time the ,ve worked on many tasks preparing
marketing materials such as brochures, Q&E packages, presentations, proposals, trade show
displays, etc. We engaged in analyses to better define and narrow our target market. Throughout
our working relationship Chad always maintained his professionalism as he demonstrated his
abilities to provide real contributions. By combiriing our efforts we were both responsible for
obtaining some marquis clients while substantially increasing the Division's revenues.
During the past year Chad has provided marketing consulting services to my company. These
services consisted of qualifications package development, visiting prospective clients and assisting
in tbe evolution of the company's marketing plan. He has also assisted us by providing contract
administration services for construction activities; i.e. contract development, change order review,
contractor invoice review and project close-out activities.
Since Chad and I worked so closely together, we developed a fiiendship that has endured well
beyond our days at GA. I know Chad as a responsible, motivated and organized individual that is
fun to be around. Chad carries himself very well. He dresses impressively and is very wel1-
mannered. He is fiiendly and genuinely enjoys being around people.
In closing, I believe Chad would excel in any capacity for which he warrants consideration. He
