JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Client Acquisition:
o Promote PMS Service through efficient channels for client acquisition including presentations
and visits to potential clients to explain our service as well as understand their needs
 Documentation:
o Upon client acquisition, prepare necessary documents for the service
o Facilitate account opening for the client at broker, depository participant and bank
o Proper safeguarding of client’s documents
 Streamline Existing Portfolios:
o Ensure collection of uncollected bonus shares and cash dividend for existing portfolio, i.e. PMS
accounts opened by depositing shares rather than cash
o Ensure dematerialization of physical shares for existing portfolio
o Ensure deposit of initial investment
o In case of Death Name Transfers (DNT) of shares from Client’s deceased family member to
client’s name, facilitate the overall process and keep track of it until the completion
 Internal Communication:
o Communicate of client acquisition, account openings, portfolio status ( in case of streamline
process) to the various departments within Kriti Capital
o Forward the documents to concerned departments

 Collaboration with Trading & Research Department:
o Collaborate with Trading & Research Team member to communicate client requests, risk
appetite as well as help the member to formulate portfolio strategy for the concerned clients.
o Regular meeting with Trading & Research team member to assess the portfolios and analyze
further strategies.
o Support Trading & Research team to deliver superior returns to the clients.
 External Communication:
o Communication with client upon query to advise them, give market updates as well as fund
addition and withdrawal
o Yearly visit to clients for one-year performance report submission
o Visits to client for other required cases
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
 Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or similar field;
 Concentration (Major / Minor) in Marketing preferred with general knowledge of finance
 Work Experience of similar kind is preferable
 Automobile ( scooter, motor bike or car) with license
PREFERRED SKILLS
 Strong relationship building and negotiations skills
 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
 Ready to travel attitude
 Diligent in planning, tracking, documentation and management
 Self-motivated with ability to collaborate with other departments and work under limited guidance
 Proactive and ability to think out of the box
 Team player

JOB DESCRIPTION ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Client Acquisition: o Promote PMS Service through efficient channels for client acquisition including presentations and visits to potential clients to explain our service as well as understand their needs  Documentation: o Upon client acquisition, prepare necessary documents for the service o Facilitate account opening for the client at broker, depository participant and bank o Proper safeguarding of client’s documents  Streamline Existing Portfolios: o Ensure collection of uncollected bonus shares and cash dividend for existing portfolio, i.e. PMS accounts opened by depositing shares rather than cash o Ensure dematerialization of physical shares for existing portfolio o Ensure deposit of initial investment o In case of Death Name Transfers (DNT) of shares from Client’s deceased family member to client’s name, facilitate the overall process and keep track of it until the completion  Internal Communication: o Communicate of client acquisition, account openings, portfolio status ( in case of streamline process) to the various departments within Kriti Capital o Forward the documents to concerned departments Job Title: Client Relationship Officer Location: JDA Building, Bagdurbar, Kathmandu Position Type: Management Trainee / Associate Company Name: Kriti Capital & Investments Ltd. Kriti Capital & Investments Ltd, Kathmandu, Nepal Tel: 01-4266325 Web: www.kriticapital.com.np  Collaboration with Trading & Research Department: o Collaborate with Trading & Research Team member to communicate client requests, risk appetite as well as help the member to formulate portfolio strategy for the concerned clients. o Regular meeting with Trading & Research team member to assess the portfolios and analyze further strategies. o Support Trading & Research team to deliver superior returns to the clients.  External Communication: o Communication with client upon query to advise them, give market updates as well as fund addition and withdrawal o Yearly visit to clients for one-year performance report submission o Visits to client for other required cases QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS  Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or similar field;  Concentration (Major / Minor) in Marketing preferred with general knowledge of finance  Work Experience of similar kind is preferable  Automobile ( scooter, motor bike or car) with license PREFERRED SKILLS  Strong relationship building and negotiations skills  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills  Ready to travel attitude  Diligent in planning, tracking, documentation and management  Self-motivated with ability to collaborate with other departments and work under limited guidance  Proactive and ability to think out of the box  Team player
