relevant solicitors for compliance in relation to distribution of such documents in various jurisdictions;

10. Monitor closed deals and liaise with the trustees, facility and paying agents on an on-going basis, while preparing
monthly, quarterly and semi-annual review reports for the Management and the Board;

and draft the market research reports pertaining to active transactions using internet based sources, as well as
