This document summarizes a quality audit of offshore projects at the Bongkot Field Development Project in Bongkot, Thailand. It includes 6 observations from the audit with corresponding corrective action items and target completion dates. The observations note issues such as out-of-date procedures posted, missing documentation of welding processes, unlabeled weld joints on drawings, expired materials being used, mislabeled pressure gauges, and an outdated QA/QC organizational chart.
