I was initially impressed with Kristen’s positive attitude when I first hired her as a
sales associate for my clothing and accessories boutique two years ago. In fact, her
“can-do” attitude was what landed her a job on the spot, something that I have never
offered before. She has a sense of confidence that I seldom see from such young
talents.
She quickly excelled at her various job duties including opening and closing
procedures, and most importantly, giving consistent quality customer service. It
seems that’s what she enjoyed most about working at my boutique; being able to
help customers. She wasn’t afraid to express her unique sense of style and opinion
while always keeping in mind the needs and wants of her customers.
As a small business owner, I am always so cautious of whom I hire because that
person needs to be competent, honest, and on time. Kristen operated the store on
weekdays without any supervision. She has a strong sense of integrity that allowed
me to trust her choices and management of the store. On weekends, she worked
seamlessly with others and always kept a pleasant work environment. She was
always on time and took her responsibilities seriously and with careful detail.
