is a dedicated and devoted bright young individual. Working in a small deli business requires various skills in order for
the business to operate smoothly. Kyan has shown himself to possess many various skill sets in the daily operation of
my business.
First and foremost, Kyan is a disciplined individual. He arrives to work on time and leaves on time. He does not
dilly dally or cut corners on tasks and takes on each tasks with seriousness in finishing each tasks in a correct and timely
manner. He understands the value of time and uses it effectively. He is a quick learner. With little training, he was
able to learn how to run the register and make orders quickly and accurately. Many candidates require a minimum of a
month’s learning curve in training. Kyan’s learning curve was a matter of a week or so with little prior experience. He is
an intelligent individual who readily accepts new challenges without hesitation. He is comfortable taking orders and
moves swiftly from one task to the next. When various tasks are given, he is mindful and completes each one in an
orderly fashion.
Kyan possesses integrity. This is an important characteristic for any individual to have in any business
relationship. Kyan has proven himself to be a trustworthy and honest individual. He has run my register with accuracy
and speed. He is direct in his communication and means what he says. He does not lollygag when it comes to
completing tasks. Many individuals may work ineffectively unsupervised but Kyan works honestly and effectively
without supervision. I have seen many unmonitored individuals working in the backroom stocking supplies take
advantage of my business time. Kyan has been a rare individual consistently effective in getting the task done without
misusing my business time.
Kyan is a sensitive individual who also possesses artistic creativity. He happily contributes to creative making of
new sandwiches. He created the Spicy Dragon Sandwich. It has been a good selling item in my deli. He has a flare for
creative expression in food. He is experimental and is not afraid to be bold and take risks in his food suggestions. He is
comprisable in his suggestions and is open to feedback.
