had explainedtohimthatI had a 2nd assistantmanagerpositionavailable andthat'swhathe was
prospectingfor,sohe took itintohisown handsto gethiscriteriato studyand act as a 2nd assistant
managerpriorto me givinghimthe position.Sointurn,he wasteachingothershow to sell usingour
companytoolsand motivatingthembyleadingbyexampleonthe salesfloorandidentifyingpositives
