the pleasure of managing Erica for over a year while I was employed with Baby Bloom
Photography.
The scope of her job was to take pictures of newborn babies born at Wesley Hospital. She
excelled at this and was always kind and considerate to the families she was taking care of. Her
pictures were absolutely beautiful and some images were used for our marketing brochures
and calendars.
In addition to the great job she did for our clients, she was also a key employee to the success
of our company. She was easily trainable and retained information quickly.
While Erica was under my management, she was a star employee. She always did what I asked
of her in a timely manner. I never had to double check her work because it was done right the
first time. She was always available if I needed her to stay later, or work on her day off. I really
couldn’t have asked for a better employee.
