I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Danielle Toth. Danielle has
worked in the Pricing Department at Pepsi since September 2007. She began here as a
Pricing Coordinator and continued to serve with increasing skill in that capacity.
During Danielle's service with us I admired her for her many valuable qualities, and
regarded her with evermore respect. Very goal oriented as well as a team player,
Danielle was always punctual, yet easygoing. She was keenly devoted to her work, but
being a very goal-oriented person, she was also enjoyable to be around.
Danielle demonstrated from early in her tenure that she understood what business is all
about. She was well organized. Almost without exception, she put the customer first,
feeling as I do that the key to good business is satisfied customers. I suppose doing well
in business is easy if you are, as she was, efficient by nature.
I would like to be very clear about why Danielle is pursuing opportunities outside of her
current role at the Business Unit office. Danielle is available only because of the pricing
centralization initiative. We hate to lose her, but it is unavoidable with this national
project.
In closing, let me say I have no hesitation in recommending Danielle Toth for any
position pertaining to Pricing and/or Administrative Work. I feel confident she would be
an asset to your organization.
