Overseeing the start-up of a new market division for SMS Assist. Includes establishing generalcontractor,
vendor, handyman, and specialty trades to complete renovation work for clients’ assets. Duties include
negotiating pricing and scope of work agreements with business partners, managing client work load and
expectations, and oversight of company superintendents and employee performance. Completed the renovations
of 100 plus homes in less than a five-month period from initial start-up.
Waypoint Homes July 2012 – January 2016
Senior ConstructionManager – Atlanta Region Market
Development, implementation, and management of the construction renovations, acquisitions, and customer care
for NYSE single family rental company. Included the renovations of over 3,500 assets in a three plus year
period. Lead a team of eight renovation superintendents and 18 maintenance personnel. Leadership style kept
turnover rate to low value. Negotiated costs and agreements with the generalcontractors and specialty trades.
Cooperated and implemented corporate initiatives. Consistently lead division in the top 25% of corporate metrics
that included cost per project, rental turn expenses, and cycle time.

Planned and implemented new construction management company. Was able to maintain profitable business
during construction recession period. Was involved in the design and managed the construction of 500 plus new
homes for investors, and my own company. Worked with home owners in the design and building of basement
renovations and whole home remodels. Operated as the generalcontractor for smallstrip shopping centers and
commercialproperty tenant improvements and renovations. Provide project management for new attached multi-

construction operations that included sub-contractor base supervision, purchasing, estimating, budgeting,
