Theatre of Life is a 'Live' guided role play workshop which is set up like a theatre. We make people represent each other's character, step out of their story and see facts of any situation from other person's perspective. We manage human behaviour by managing perception about self and others. This modality was founded by German Psychotherapist Bert Hellinger and is popularly known as 'Systemic Constellation Work'. Phenomenology and Telepathy is used as key tools.

7. What is Theatre of Life?
• This modality was founded by German Psychotherapist Bert Hellinger. It is popular in Europe
and US but relatively new in India. It is popularly called the ‘Systemic Constellation Therapy’
• The workshop is conducted like a live theatre, where people play out different characters
without prior script or rehearsal. Phenomenology and telepathy are used as key tools.
• The live performance cuts down pre-judgements regarding an issue and gives deep insight
into a situation which can be related to people issue, business strategies, processes or any
other hidden dynamics causing the issue.
• The facilitator also uses NLP to decode body language and movements of the participants.
• It can be practiced as an individual or a group therapy. It is most effective when done in
groups.

Phenomenology: is study of what ‘is’. It is study of structures of experience. It is study of
‘phenomena’ the way things appear in our experience and thus what meaning do they
have. Basically, phenomenology studies the structure of various types of experience
ranging from perception, thought, memory, imagination, emotion, desire, and volition to
bodily awareness, embodied action, and social activity, including linguistic activity.
Telepathy (from the Greek τῆλε, tele meaning "distant" and πάθος, pathos or -patheia
meaning "feeling, perception, passion, affliction, experience") is the purported transmission
of information from one person to another without using any of our known sensory
channels or physical interaction.
Key tools used in Theatre of Life?

The moment you place two people opposite to
each other, without speaking a word..their
dynamics starts playing up
13. 2. With guidance from the facilitator the representatives are placed
in the Space, in relation to each other, by ‘the person bringing the
issue.’
14. 3. The Facilitator guides and moderates.
The Facilitator guides and moderates. The phenomenology between characters takes
over and they start responding to each other. The entire story related to the issue
emerges with expression of representatives through words, body language and
expressions.
15. 4. The hidden dynamics in the story emerges. A deep insight is realized. The person
bringing the issue gets a new perspective and gets a direction. There is immense learning
for the people representing and observing. A new way of looking at human relations
and emotions.
